Rememeber that a summary gives us a brief look at the section of the book you read. Don't forget to have:

Edit for spelling and punctuation. Check for the word then and get rid of it! Have you added some interesting verbs?
here is my summary on the mystery book " Escape from the carnival of horrors."
ReplyDeleteBrad and Patty were fighting about what to do. No one new what to do. then they decided to watch some people set up the Carnival. Instead they climbed the gate and went in. This worker guy said, " do you kids want to ride all these rides tonight?" they didn't know if they could. So they did any way. The manager gave them a big map. they decided to go on the rides first. Brad and Patty got on one of the roller coasters. You need to jump. Then Brad got trapped.

Well this isn't for the summary, but this is the 5 things we learned from the Great Salt Lake.
ReplyDeleteI learned that its too salty for other living life to live in such as fish, it's the last of Lake Bonneville, brine shrimp and brine flies can tolerate the high salt levels in the lake, there are over 400,00 eared grebes and 160,00 seagulls, and over millions of brine shrimp.
Here is my continuing summary from 2 days ago.
ReplyDeleteAfter he got trapped in one of the holes, he heard a voice saying, " in five, four, three, two, one, blast off. Patty thinks its cool. They next find themselves in a dark spooky tunnel. They can see or hear each other. Brad climbed out of his rocket car. He saw a dwarf and followed it. Then there were slides. He chose slides 2, 7, and 9. He slides out of that place. He heard laughter. It came from the freak show room.

ReplyDeleteHe went in. Someone was expecting him. He wants to go. But someone says, "sorry you can't go, unless you leave before closing time." He asked, "when is closing time?" She said, "at midnight." Its only 11:40. The whole place began to shake. He found himself out after what just happened. They went to the mountain king to get out. They went on it. The next thing they see is a giant, green, terrifying monster. The whole carnival suddenly turned into a big pile of rubble. No one heard about it from that day forward.
